Just what I needed to get back into the groove after a bit of time away from my mat (subbing in savasana on blanket on the beach 😉). As always your sunny, encouraging teaching style got me through almost all of it (my wheel is a bit rusted lol).  PS what a difference doing roll ups with the bolster makes!  🙏🏻❤️

Great class! I've enjoyed the mix of Pilates and yoga. I appreciated the stretch after wheel pose. I haven't done it for a while. What a powerful pose! It really requires strength and flexibility.
