What a gift this was Justin ❤️ I am currently moving with, and coming to an acceptance of deep grief.  I’ve been doing some of the excellent gentle yoga practices here on Yoga Anytime which has been so soothing and helpful.  Today I thought I’d try something to get me up on my feet.  20 minutes seemed realistically possible, so I chose this practice.  That old “yoga magic” thing began to happen where I just sank into the flow and I realized how much better not only my heart and mind were feeling, but also my physical body!  I highly recommend this class for anyone feeling “under the weather”.  I’m always amazed by the power of 20 minutes of yoga ✨✨✨ thank you Justin ❤️🙏🏻
