This one goes right into my "favorites "…I can tell that I’ll be practicing this one a lot!  20 minutes that packs in so many of my go-to asanas but never feels rushed.  Bonus is an alternative Happy Baby pose that is so fun and even made me laugh out loud 😂 Just what the doctor ordered…thank you Justin! 🙏🏻❤️
