Wow! A 20 minute yoga nidra? Seems impossible but it’s true…you really set the tone opening with chanting and deep but gentle breath work and then I was in savasana and next thing I know I’m in that deep, trance-like state of yoga nidra and almost fell asleep 😴! Once seated again I noticed right away how refreshed I felt and even did the journal prompt! (I tend to skip those a lot these days). Going straight into my "Favorites" for sure 👍

It was over in the blink of an eye!!!! Sometimes less really is so much more - thank you , I feel ready for the day when ive always associated yoga nidra with getting ready for bed!
