Such a clear presentation of what the whole beautiful song this teaching is about. Thanks James for your practice and clear, inspiring talk; and to you YA for bring him and these teachings to us!
Just listened to this again! I have read a "novelized" English version of the Mahabharata, but did not understand the meaning of, for example, the names of the main characters. It will be interesting to reread this epic after having listened to your teaching, James. Thank you.
woooow beautiful explanation.... and I'm so grateful to be able to have these opportunity to listen to your classes James!!!! you are awesome teacher... thank you
I am watching / listening to Chapter 2 again. First time, like in books, I skipped the introduction!!! But it's so instructive, so useful to know what the names mean...so when we encounter them in the epic or the Gita it enriches the meaning a thousand times, thanks so much James.
Looking at the comments I first made on this forum, I'm amazed to see that it was a full 8 years ago. In the last 2 years I've made chanting the Gītā a daily practice, which has been deepening my relationship to the text. It's so lovely to come back to James' teachings here and feel how they resonate at this point in my journey.
