OMG Cheri, the jaw-release activity is brilliant! Thank you too Arturo! As you started, i was thinking - oh, no problem for me, no jaw clenching or grinding of teeth, but with the hands on my face, i was surprised how much I was holding and tensing that area! And as that area released, so much of the rest of my body also started to melt! I love this sequence, so sweet, so relaxing. Thank you. Please keep posting more sessions for us!
Hi Esther, It's so common to hold tension in the jaw. I'm glad you tried the jaw release and felt the benefit of how it not only releases the jaw, but the whole body. I'm really glad you loved the sequence. I so appreciate you sharing your experience with me! xoxo
Hi Claudia, I'm so glad to hear you found the practice relaxing and healing. Thank you for joining me after the stressful week you had. It's an honor and joy to share this practice with you! xoxo
Thank you Cheri for this wonderful practice for deep sleep. I love the technique to release tension in the jaw and also I tried during the night the massage underneath the occiput bone and it was very effective with letting me fall asleep again. I found that the restorative poses that open my heart help me to relieve the numbness in my hands, which unfortunately has been a recurring problem during sleep. Thank you. Love
Hi Cinzia, I remember when you and I spoke of ways to prepare for better sleep. I'm happy to hear you are finding some relief with the hands on techniques. I'm also glad to hear the restorative poses are alleviating the numbness in your hands. Wishing you continued relief and deep sleep. Thank you so much for your note! Much love xoxo
