Tanya, yes, there is definitely some primary series influence here. There are times when five breaths just doesn't cut it and we need more time. Thanks very much watching the series. I hope you appreciate them all. And all feedback is good feedback!!

I didn't mean it as a criticism, only an observation! A third of the way into the practice I felt like, "oh I see what you did there!". Slower practices like this one are more of an exception than a rule to me, but I liked it!
