As I get back into yoga, the hands wider apart really helped me find more stability so was able to stay in the pose longer and feel stronger in it. Thanks Margi!

This was great, thank you. I really appreciated the note about not overdoing the external rotation if you have more hyper mobile elbows, and the cue about spreading the actual palm of your hand rather than just the fingers helped me find a new engagement in the hands.
