An excellent sequence that was challenging in the best way. I love the long plank hold which I always cheat on. I feel stronger and definitely more grounded. A great way to begin the day. Thank you Renee.

Lovely practice, a nice all over workout. I love your guide in triangle to support inner and outer legs around knees. Best intruction I have found for that pose, as my knees are cranky and this was so supportive! Wonderful evening session for me, thank you Renee for your teaching.
