This shines such a useful light on external rotation! I felt longer in my sides and more productively rotated in my legs than I have in a while. I'm newly obsessed with side angle pose as a result (my students have been doing a lot of it since I took this class).

I love Margi's teaching. She brings in so many layers of alignment, flow, philosophy. It's clear she has studied and practiced in a deep way.

Love your teaching, Margi. I like discovering what works and what doesn't for me. So far, I really enjoy twisting, balancing, and inversion poses. I struggle with warrior and triangle poses: they never seem to make me feel better in any way. Wish I'd discovered yoga years ago!

Stephen Thanks for sharing your experience. I think of all of the poses as puzzles which are always morphing. Keep playing with those standing poses, and see if you can find a way to practice them which makes you feel better... if not, stop doing them!!

I love the days where I have a class for "things I know" and find out great new ways of learning them again. Thanks Margi!
