I went far too far onto my shoulders on the bridge pose on the wall and suffered the next day. I had done the sequence once before and must have been too confidant, one of the pitfalls of practicing alone at home.
I followed up with the chair yoga for neck and shoulders the next day and am back on track.
Just a reminder for everyone to be careful practicing at home.
