This was so enjoyable from beginning to end...some lovely deep stretches felt sooooo good and then a beautiful, clearing headstand. This practice reminded me how much my body and brain craves an inversion! I’m going to incorporate more of this into my daily practice. Thank you Alana 🙏🏻

My job works with the school year, and we are all crawling to the end of term this week (with a holiday planned next week -yay!) This was the perfect practice for me this Monday morning. I feel I can do this thing and get to Friday!! Thank you Alana.
