Thank you James, the narrative is so lively 10/10 - but the teachings behind it...well 12/10 I would say. It challenges the idea that our guru-s / our habits / modes of operating, are there just to be respected, venerated, listened to etc; they are also to be confronted, challenged, let go of, updated...like training wheels indeed, and we will experience pain and resistance and even loss, before we realise the value of that insight.

It sure is. This time I am taking it ever so slowly, I want to absorb every few verses rather than a marathon sprint to the end...that's what happens with beginner's enthusiasm, well always a beginner but different to last year's beginner x
