Ouch! I do a lot of plank exercises but this quickly made me realize I have a lot more work to do. I'll keep chipping away at it, carefully (some of the moves seem a little iffy for 61-year-old wrists). But I certainly see a new destination ahead. Thank you for the challenge.
You're welcome Ruth Henriquez Lyon . With patience and perseverance, the wrists slowly come back to a peaceful place. My 62-year-old wrists definitely need more attention and this sequence along with the "Hands & Feet' sequence are my antidotes.
