James, thank you! this is so very interesting. I love how chanting Om feels in my body and mind. I've only ever chanted this in a group setting, but I want to incorporate it into my daily yoga practice. I know Yoga is a personal practice, but could you suggest how to incorporate it? I'm really enjoying this series. :)
