I had not four blocks so I did with a foam roller . Great way to open and lengthen my spine . Sweet grounding sensation at the end . Thank you Heidi !

I just tried it with a roller...loved it! Maybe even better than the blocks. The teetering would cease when my breath and body quieted down. Nice innovation Sheida. High Five! xoHeidi
