I've been doing yoga on and off for 20 years. I seem to fall in love with it for a while then needed to do something different for a while like chi gong. The one thing I always dread coming up in a class is Sun Salutations, I just don't like them. Other people seem to love them yet my mind is always saying " noooo don't make me do it ". I have no idea why I hate them as chi gong is all about moving. I don't understand how I can like chi gong but hate moving into different yoga postures during salutations. Would I be missing out on something if i just hold my postures rather than moving them.
