Yes to everything here. Each day feels like a science experiment and it's easy to make it feel good: just back off when it doesn't, like practicing plank while your teacher practices hand stand. Yesterday I could feel lines of energy throughout my body with side-bends, something that was once as painful as being stuck in beach highway traffic with a leg cramp. Loved reading about Legare's journey too.
