Hi Alana, I did some of your yoga practices last year before I was pregnant. I am now 40 weeks plus 2 in my pregnancy! So I was amazed to discover you are pregnant also and now doing these sessions! I love your sessions. Some are a little too much for me, but I do the parts I can. You have a calming voice too.
