On this journey with you all from here in the English countryside - I've been challenged with a multi-months' long bout of chronic fatigue for the last quarter of 2025 and am slowly coming back to myself, so this is perfect timing for a guided reset and I'm grateful to be on it :) Here's to a grounded end to the year and a fulfilling 2026 ahead for all of us!
