Kristin Leal This is uncanny because yesterday in a Ashtanga class I pulled my LCL by trying to do lotus from a shoulder stand. It was instructed by the teacher as if it were a normal movement and no alternatives were provided......I stupidly pulled it too far and it wasn't happy. So this leaves me with a question about half lotus.....is it a position that is best avoided because it is encouraging the knee towards a position that its not really intended for??
Kristin Leal not sure if it is covered further in the course but if damage is done to a synovial joint ligament, i.e. the LCL how is it best to rehab it??
