That was an extraordinary physical practice. You broke down boat in such an interesting way. Your flexibility is inspiring as well. I struggle with crow, but that variation was a productive step. The chant, singing and lyrics were beautiful, especially the theme of coming back to the body as our home. I needed to hear this after feeling down, blasé and sore from previous practice. I came back to and this practice and read my review. Spot on. Didn't remember doing it. I will add the crow still resonates. I thought today was the first day I did ostrich, but apparently not. What is your lineage? Love this style of yoga.Ā
