Hi Gabriela :) and thanks for the tag Kira Sloane. I totally agree with what Kira said. Watch for a few things when you are moving (during pregnancy or otherwise). These are 1. Do I like this movement and can I find ease in this? 2. Can I breathe continuously? 3. Do I see any doming (inward or outward) at the linea alba? 4. Do I feel excess pressure to the pelvic floor?
We are aiming for movement that feels good, allows continuous breath and that doesn't put too much pressure on that inner unit. If all of that checks off -- then you are good to go!
Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and let me know if you have any other questions.
Gosh I am grateful to the yoga anytime archive for having this wonderful series still available! I´m loving the subtle whole doing less approach - and feeling so much more in touch with the until now mystery of the pelvic floor.
Many years have passed - but I hope someone at yogaanytime can pass on my best wishes and maybe even get you back for another series?
