I loved reading the comments above, seeing how others experienced this wonderful practice.Tonight was meditative, and you gently brought my mind back a few times from its wanderings. I hope to tap into that calm you have in the standing balances. Definitely feel balanced and symmetrical as I write this, a deep equanimity. I would have liked a long meditation, but I'll practice mindfulness while I make a delicious bolognaise ziti.   Namaste
