I have never commented before today. This practice was amazing! I loved relaxing the neck first so that I didn't tense it while doing the other poses! My new favorite!

Someone should write a history of yoga in SoCal. When you referenced Palo Alto and some huge cool backstory, I felt jealous.

Actually, it reminds me of the nostalgia my friend Alex and I have about bike racing in the early 2000s. I needed this; was still recovering from a Saturday Ashtanga with Lydia, and you know how creative and quick she is. Best, David
