So perfect to get the day rolling. Thank you Melina.

This was a quick practice; my mind wasn't ready to hop, but the  practice is ideal for a Spring morning. I plan on doing this a few times this week to unify some of the self-care you inspired—the glass of room temperature lemon-water and application of the sesame oil. The scent of that is very soulful.  The ending mantra was beautiful.
