Nice to have a morning routine you can come back to time and time again - something that get's your day started with simple movement, focused intention and awareness of breath :) Music can add so much and is so very specific to the person practicing - sounds like you found some good tunes to add to your practice! I loved this practice, opened up my body without making me sweat which is important for me as I'm a evening shower person and have been looking for something physical for the morning without the sweat. Absolutely love it!
