Dearest Kim , I am so sorry to hear about the injury in your lower back. And it sounds like you are correctly onto the mystery of pain. Generally, pain is asking for our attention. We want to stay in connection with the pain, listening closely, like you would to your twins' cries when they were little. You would not expect an infant to push through the pain, you would simply hold him/her close. So, yes, rest, but resist the temptation to ignore and stagnate. For most, gentler movements, holding the attention to an area with the breath, even offering a mantra can do wonders. Great that you moved over to the Happy Back Show. And trust your inner knowing. If something is really "wrong", you will know. Keep me posted. Glad you are here. xok
Thank you very much for this season that I am redoing to fix all I can in my brain. I have a silly question for you 🙄... I like all your yoga customs: could you tell me where to find something like it to buy? Grazie an"_"see" you soon 🤗
Silvia, good yoga costumes are the best! For fun tight yoga duds, I like K Deer the best. Some of these wilder pants are from Black Milk and Colorado Threads. Lately, I like looser cotton duds and buy from Ripple. Hope this helps! xoxoK
