I love this practice. What was the name of the mudra ?
Marlene it’s called “Kspana” mudra, often translated as “pouring out, letting go”. It’s one of my favorites-to me it relates to the second chakra, water element, which was my inspiration for this sequence. Thanks for checking in, glad you enjoyed!
