No. I think personally I feel, particularly, of course, as one gets a little older or fragile from a physical point of view. It is very important to remember that whatever in my case I call Ravi will actually die. And therefore, to really wonder beginning more and more interest in what is the kind of implication of For example, the remark of Christ that my kingdom is not of this world, more interest in the kingdom of this other world. And how can whatever I now call Ravi, what aspect of him, or what part of him or what particle of him will actually possibly can come to this other world or relate with it, what is required from my side.
So my own impression is that becoming aware of the fact that I will die can actually invite one to have a impartial, clear assessment of one's life. And to see how whatever time or energy I have left, how can it actually be assisting me to connect with the sort of real life the kind of domain that great sages speak about. If you like, how do I moving from the physical realm, how do I connect with the spiritual realm? So awareness of one's own death, which is, of course, prompted by if I see a friend of mine dying or a relative of my dying, but there is also a very strong tendency to forget it, as I just earlier mentioned. But again and again to remind oneself.
I even sometimes suggest. You see, in a way, any of these things can for some people can sound very negative. But I don't mean this in a negative sense, but actually even on a piece of paper, if you remember, if you write down, remember death. That doesn't mean you need to forget about life. Now, it is really just to remember that one whatever one is now engaged in has its limitation in time and space.
So to be aware of two worlds, is more important rather than forgetting about one world, either of those two worlds, which is why in a way we have a very strong tendency to forget about death. Because we wanna live in this world and assert myself and acquire something or achieve something. All that is understandable as I said earlier also, ego is required It is what for example, even for anybody to come to listen to any of my talks, sometimes they have to pay a certain amount of money to get there. And they have to have a couple of hours of time available. So how many people out of 8,000,000,000 have enough money or enough time to be able to come to these kinds of talks?
So even all kinds of spiritual talks that one can wish to participate in, require something acquired by my ordinary mental tendencies in the world, which is why again, and again, I keep saying There is absolutely no reason to be against the world or any achievement in the world or against the ego. They want to Caesar what is scissors.
