Description

James leads us in a call-and-response of closing verses of the Bhagavad Gita. He recites the whole verse and then repeats it back once. We conclude our recitation of the Gita by chanting a peace mantra together.

And now for the chapter close, so I'll sing it call and response, and then most of the next call and response, I'll just sing it once more, just all the way through. And after that, we'll sing a peace mantra, beginning with Aum. Along Aum, you can join in. Then we'll sing the Saravisham mantra, and close with Aum, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti, Aum together. So Saravisham will do it call and response, and it basically means, may all be well, may all be happy, may all feel a sense of fullness, love, support, and may all meet with those things on the journey. But help it go that little bit more smoothly, we might say. So the closing begins. Aum Tatsariti, together. Aum Tatsariti, Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Subhanishatsu, Brahma Vidya Aum, Brahma Vidya Aum, Yogashastre, Yogashastre, Shri Krishna Juna Sambari, Shri Krishna Juna Sambari, Sankhya Yoganama, Sankhya Yoganama, Dvitiya Chayahe, Dvitiya Chayahe. And now the whole thing is one. Aum Tatsariti, Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, Subhanishatsu, Brahma Vidya Aum, Yogashastre, Shri Krishna Juna Sambari, Sankhya Yoganama, Dvitiya Chayahe, Aum Tatsariti, Aum.
