Full confession...my postnatal days are well behind me (20 years LOL). But In reading the class descriptions for this season, I thought some of them sounded yummy and beneficial for everyone, so decided to give them a try. I can tell you that this class and the relaxation episode (the two I’ve tried so fear) have been wonderful. I’m Looking forward to trying some of the others!
Hi Natalia! They are definitely intended for post natal. You can find other practices for prenatal on here. You’ll notice them because I’m pregnant and about to enter my third trimester in the videos. Those should feel better.

Yeah, I don't know why it is listed as prenatal. I tried to it but so much of it is on your belly. I was looking for something for prenatal back relief. This is good once your baby is an outside baby, but not before.
Hi, Simeon C! Seasons 1 and 3 are geared towards providing supportive prenatal practices. This practice is part of Season 4, which was created as a collection of postnatal practices. I hope this helps!
