Very helpful exploration of the engagement of the serratus anterior and its effects on the musculature of the shoulder. I also find that an easy way to feel its action is in a straight arm plank, pushing away from the floor and allowing the upper thoracic spine to round a little. Thanks for this!

Yes, Kate ! That is a great way to find Serratus Anterior as well. It's such a vital little muscle! Thanks for keeping the feedback! Maybe I should do another tutorial on finding Serratus! D

This should be taught and practiced for all who work at computers all day.  In addition to avoiding injury in my postures and flows, this practice brings me hope to free up and relax tight shoulders.  Dylan Bernstein

Karen L That's music to my ears! I totally agree that modern life  has  brought us unneeded tightness to our shoulder and neck... very glad to hear that the therapeutics are reaching home!

Eliana C Nothing but a pleasure! I really hope that it helps to guide some light onto posture, within asana practice and in daily life!
