As I often do with a new “Sarah Practice” I saved this one for an afternoon to savor without feeling rushed or distracted.  I also used 2 blocks on and off throughout, to create an even more restorative vibe because that’s what my body is craving these days.  As always, this was lovely.  Thank you for another great season of yoga! 💕💕💕
