So good. I could tell you were luxuriating and I wanted that too but dang I felt a lot the poses in my lower back Hard to figure out why I was torking!

Took this class after having some time off from yoga, and wow, the twist, although challenging, felt amazing. I loved the mantra at the end. I am here. I am home. I feel more connected to my body as well as my mind. I noticed that in the seated twisted poses on the block, I was unable to get my heels down on the floor or in close to me. I modified by having both feet on the floor just a little bit further away from my body, I’m wondering if that speaks to a tightness in my body and if over time, that might soften. 🙏🏽💗🦋
