I'm taking a break from teaching as sadly, I've lost my enthusiasm for yoga. After this practice, the light bulb went off that yin yoga is what resonates with me to share. I'm excited to explore making my own bolsters to add to my props. Thank you for your wonderful instruction.

I was feeling very low and a bit poorly on approaching my mat today. With a little trepidation I started this practice but within minutes I was on cloud 9. It just gave me exactly what I needed when I didn't even know what I was looking for. Your calming voice, relaxed approach and gentle formatting support me straight away. A Sweet release came with a calming silence and a gorgeous rest with intention. Oh just beautiful - I can't thank you enough for this wonderful practice. Namaste xx
