So grateful for this show. Yesterday I was working hard on a critical project roll-out, but wanted a way to celebrate the summer solstice, in between meetings and calls.
I'm so pleased that following this show, helped me achieve the magic number. I started with the Groovy Sun Salutations, then followed the Super Sun Salutations, Sunny Side Up and then when I had very little left to give, followed the chair Sun Salutations.
I love your teachings, and have referred to them often both as a part-time teacher and a student.
