I love all of your stretching practices, but this one really helped deal with some congestion (NJ had a 71 degree day with surprising humidity), and the breathing exercises were great to strengthen my mind. I dropped into a very relaxed state. The slow rhythmic pattern you can create is impressive. The first time I tried this, I had some anxiety, but took your advice to practice it with a calm state of mind.
