I really enjoy this challenge, the progression, the good mood, the positivity. What a good advice to close one's eyes to better feel how the body reacts. I'm looking forward for the next day!

Wowzas didn't realise how little arm strength I've got!! Bit of a challenge but at least I got through to the end! Hurrah!!
