Actually got a glimpse of the possibility of me doing crow one day. Great coaching! Loving this challenge.
I needed this today,  the breathing, slow stretching  and twisting helped to center and balance me emotionally.  Crow....wish I could do it, but the pain in my hands and wrists is too much.   My nervous system is calm, grateful for your teaching.🌾💮
