Very relaxing, but for me the tempo could have been even slower to allow for full breaths and really sinking into each asana. Will definitely use this practice again, though. Thanks!

Ingunn Thank you for your feedback on slowing down even more!  I'm so glad you found it relaxing regardless and Please feel free to practice at your own pace until I get another even slower paced practice up!
