I needed this yesterday. Had to take a few days off from the challenge to reboot the mind; very intense work week with midterm exams. I rewound the video for the quadriceps stretches (and thought of doing the practice twice) because it was so beneficial. The three-pronged breathing practice was a great way to end. Best, Dave
