Ah, soooo good. Loved that line about self-improvement is a group effort (self growth?). You weaved that throughout. Yoga is home. Been to only one analog class. Hard to join a local studio when you help run the local bike community. I do wish I had hands steering my shape along my journey, but the long trail sometimes has the best views.
