I didn't expect that the practice on the chair is so challenging. I love the opening of my hips in the warrior 2 It feels a little bit, like it offers you a whole new world of practising. I love to do only with my mind, I could feel the movement without doing it !
Brand new to yoga - recovering from a knee injury - loved this version using the chair - couldn't quite do all of it ... but could adapt easily for the re-cooperating knee - very enjoyable!
