Really helpful to have an abbreviated version of the full primary! Love your gentle cueing. : )

I love how my body feels after doing Ashtanga sequences. Feel so strong and focussed. The five breath resets help so much. Look forward to repeating this and the longer one. For those who can't do headstand or lotus like myself, it is a great opportunity practice dolphin or squats, because if you love vinyasas this practice is heavenly.
