Thanks to the practice of feeling the life force in our hands. I had something exciting happen to me in the second-hand position as my hands felt heavy with vitality as if I was touching a wall. That was when we started shifting our fingers between positions one and two. The moment 2nd position touched, I felt an electric shock shoot through my left arm as this burst of wild, chaotic energy ran through my psyche, making my body shutter.  My impulse was to shut it down as the sudden rush scared me. But I stopped myself as I remembered Kira saying to be a yogi scientist, lean in, and be curious instead.  With that, I embraced the rush & I'm so glad I did. Even though everything was chaotic, it was beautiful- like watching a thunderstorm in nature, yet I felt safe in it. I've never experienced anything like this. So it's been an exciting journey. Thanks Kira

KRYSTAL G, I love this so much! Always the yogi's edge of leaning into the new and weird. xoK
