Tracey S Do the best you can....leaning back can put a little stress/strain on the knees. I just see that students are generally so eager to touch the feet that they lean way too far back and then not working on the extension of the spine. B
My husband did not want to do a long practice today so I had to tell him that this one is only 30 min. :D But time just flies thanks to you so he did not realised my innocent lie.
