That WAS a nice full flow today! I’ve been saving this one for a big hiking day I’ve had planned, and it did not disappoint. I’m just amazed at all the goodness you are able to pack into 30 minutes! My whole body feels stretched and alive and I’m ready to go 👍🥾❤️
