Especially when we are so busy and our minds so full - these practices are great tools for our lives - medicine we can utilize whenever we want or need, just gotta roll out the mat :)) Bug hugs!

This type of practice will no doubt be great before bed - to completely down regulate the nervous system, to slow and quiet the mind and work any unwanted kinks out of the body - all it takes is a little willingness and time - time well spent if you ask me! So so true Sandra Židan !! When we slow down, recharge and center ourselves, we can become much more present and energized for whatever it is we are needed for or doing - so happy you felt that and enjoyed the practice AND it's always nice seeing you here!!
