Hello,  

I initially tried this particular practice and stopped in the beginning because it felt too hard but after taking the second course, Free the Angry Beast, I feel stronger and more confidant to go back to this and move through the hard  parts through modifications and a  shift in perspective to slow down and "try."  Not to be afraid to move through the challenges or how I perceive them.  Thank you for helping me build my   emotional confidence.
